Order Cancellation

You can request for the cancellation of the order by emailing us at info@opulentdiam.com If in case the order is already been shipped, simply reject and return the products at the time of delivery.

P.S. – We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

In case you have ordered a product by mistake, you need to request for cancel the complete order before the package has been dispatched, and place a new order if you’d like.
